Ingestion of > 10 mg by an adult or > 4 mg by a child may be fatal. WebbTherapeutic ranges of digoxin C0 were: 1 to 2.5 ng.mL-1 in children, 0.8 to 2 ng.mL-1 in adults and 0.5 to 0.9 ng.mL-1 in older adults (≥ 65 years) in atrial fibrillation and heart failure.
